Menu Carrie LED – independent mood light with dimming function
Menu Carrie LED: charming design with an industrial touch
Made in
Denmark
Design
The Menu Carrie LED is beautiful designer light penned by the Danish designer studio Norm Architects. The table lamp owes its charm to its unpretentious purist appearance. It consists of a steel ring in which a sphere of hand-blown opal glass is inserted. An arched band of high-quality powder-coated steel functions as a handle and arouses associations with camping lanterns. The Menu Carrie LED follows a industrial style.

A handle around a glass ball
The opal glass ball is held by a steel shackle, which also functions as a handle.
USB port
The Carrie LED can be charged via USB.
Carrie LED – dimmable, soft mood light
The Menu Carrie LED supplies wonderfully cosy mood light, which it emits in all directions. The table lamp’s opal glass lampshade ensures that the emitted light is pleasantly soft and free of glare. As for the light source, the Carrie LED by Menu is equipped with a modern LED module which consumes only very little energy to produce a luminous flux of 380 lumens. Since the table lamp can be operated for up to 5 hours on battery power, a cable is not required, allowing you to carry it wherever you desire. In order to recharge the Carrie LED, simply connect it to a USB port. What is more, the designer light offers you the possibility to dim the light in three steps – 10, 50 and 100% – and you may also detach the handle.

Lifespan
25,000 Hours (LEDs reach the end of their lifespan when their efficiency falls to 70% of the original light flux)
Thanks to the integrated battery and the independency that comes with it, the Menu Carrie LED proves to be a highly flexible lighting solution. Indoors, the table lamp with its atmospheric light especially comes into its own on a side table or a coffee table in the living room, but also on a window sill or a sideboard. The portability of the Carrie LED also predestines it for the use outdoors, for instance, to round off an atmospheric evening on a terrace or a balcony. Also during an evening walk along the beach, the Menu Carrie LED accompanies you with its cosy glow.
