Information on ensuring the authenticity of reviews on light11.eu
light11.eu provides for its own product rating system on its pages, which can be used by anyone.
In doing so, we distinguish reviews that are marked with "verified purchase" from those that have the feature "not verified purchase".
The addition of "verified purchase" to a review means that we have verified that the reviewer has purchased the item on light11.eu or that the item was purchased using his or her data.
You can use the "Verified Purchase" label to identify reviews accordingly. We only mark reviews as "Verified Purchase" if the item was purchased via a light11.eu account and the review of the same product comes from the same account holder.
Reviews with the addition "Not Verified Purchase" are also valuable. However, for these, we cannot ensure that the product was purchased on light11.eu.
Important note on the potential influence on reviews
For reviews submitted in light11.eu own review system by August 20, 2022, light11.eu offered a voucher in the amount of 111 euros for the "best review" as part of sweepstakes, in which the "most beautiful and meaningful review" in each case was to be rewarded. It is therefore not impossible that reviews were more positive as a result of this offer than they would have been had this not been the case.
