All light11 products are carefully packaged. However, should you receive damaged products, we need your assistance. If possible, please inform the UPS delivery person of the damage immediately, possible. To enable us to quickly send you a replacement in these rare cases, please send us a short email
containing a description of the damage and your order number.
Are your goods incomplete?
On rare occasions, you may receive goods in two or more deliveries on two separate days. If you have not received your full delivery on the next working day (Mon.-Fri.), please send us a short email
containing a description of the missing items and your order number.
