Design

The Vibia Funnel Ceiling Light LED has no corners and edges. Instead, the body of the ceiling light reminds us of a water drop that solidified before hitting the ground. The Funnel Ceiling Light LED is offered with two different surface decors: in white lacquered aluminium and gold hammered aluminium. The latter not only adds a touch of extravagance to any interior design context but also supplies a particularly pleasant light. The white version of this ceiling light from Vibia, however, adapts to any ceiling and impresses with its futuristic design language.

Funnel LED ceiling lights: indirect and completely glare-free ambient lighting

The elegant design of the Vibia Funnel LED not only serves aesthetic purposes. The lower bowl of the ceiling light houses an efficient LED module that directly emits its light upwards. It is softly reflected by the body and the ceiling and indirectly diffused into the room. This way, a comprehensive and completely glare-free basic lighting is created which particularly in the case of the gold-coated version creates an extraordinarily pleasant atmosphere. The Funnel Ceiling Light LED also convinces in terms of energy efficiency: the version with a diameter of 35 cm only requires about 22.2 watts to produce an impressive luminous flux of about 2,942 lumens. This almost corresponds to the light intensity achieved by a conventional 200 W incandescent lamp. The smaller version of the ceiling light is also energy-efficient and supplies bright light. It only consumes 6.3 watts and achieves a remarkable output of 632 lumens. Thus, the ceiling lamp from Vibia turns out to be extraordinarily eco-friendly while it simultaneously reduces the energy costs. However, the versions are different in one respect: the large Funnel LED can be controlled by means of a 1-10V, DALI or push dimmer while the other one cannot be dimmed.

With a diameter of 35 :cm the Vibia Funnel Ceiling Light LED is ideally suited to supply pleasant ambient lighting for the entire living area. Here, the ceiling light provides for a uniform, completely glare-free basic lighting in the living room, the dining room, the bedroom and the office. The small version of the Funnel LED with a diameter of 22 cm, however, can be recommended to supply ambient lighting for halls, entrance areas and staircases where it serves as a tasteful highlight that enriches a stylish interior design.
