Design

The Serien Lighting Twin pendant light is highly appreciated for its extraordinary design which is characterised by a scissor mechanism. At the ends of each of the cantilevered lamp arms made of fine aluminium is a diffuser. The latter is available in two different versions: acrylic glass and conventional glass. As for the lamp arms, you may choose between a shiny chrome finish and an elegant black finish. Furthermore, the Serien Lighting Twin is also available as LED version at our shop.

The Twin pendant light light was designed by Hans Karuga in 2011 for Serien Lighting.

Twin pendant light – adjustable lighting effect

The Serien Lighting Twin is an extraordinarily flexible pendant lamp. Using the scissor principle, the lamp arms can be freely opened and closed, thus moving the lamp shades closer to each other or further away. Thereby, the Twin pendant light is perfectly adjustable to the respective lighting requirements. The light emitted is directed downwards which creates a beautiful accentuating lighting for the area underneath. Furthermore, the Serien Lighting Twin pendant light also slightly contributes to the general lighting of a room, as the lamp shades made of glass emit a small portion of light to the sides. What is more, the halogen lamps included in the scope of delivery provide for warm-white lighting with brilliant colour rendering.
