Which floor lamps are best for small, narrow living rooms?
Fact: Large floor lamps can usually also be used in small living rooms. The important thing is not the size, but the position of the lamp. In particular, neither the head nor the body of the lamp should block walkways or the field of vision. In the next section, we’ll give you some tips on how to position your floor lamp in your living room.
Above all, you want to make sure the floor lamp maintains the harmony of your interior or living room. In small rooms – which are often already quite crowded – a big lamp can appear bulky and out of place. In this case, a narrow, delicate floor lamp is a better choice.
Corner lamps also come in handy when you have little space. Perfect for the empty corners of a room, these lamps can emit their light against the wall to provide for cozy indirect lighting.
