100 days return policy

If you would like to excercise your right of cancellation or make a warranty claim to light11, you may use our returns form for this. It is designed to make returning items easier, but using it is not a precondition that must be fulfilled in order to excercise your rights. The following procedures for returning the items are also only suggestions and do not affect your rights, should you choose not to follow them.

Have you received the goods and you are not happy with them?

If you would like to use light11's UPS returns service, please complete this returns form and simply send it back to us within the cancellation period. We will immediately email you the parcel label for returning your goods. Please print it out and attach it to the packaging.
 

Within what period can you return the delivered product to us?

In addition to the statutory return period of 14 days, we offer our customers the opportunity to return the purchased item within an extended return period of 100 days.

Are you returning goods from within Germany?

As the email is automatically generated by UPS, please check your spam folder. If it is also not included in your spam folder, please contact us.

How do I get my money back?

If you have already paid for the goods, we will refund the cost to you as soon as we receive the returned goods. For this purpose, we require your bank details, which you can indicate on the returns form. We would be grateful if you could give us a brief outline of your reasons for returning the goods as we may be able to resolve the matter together. This information is optional and does not affect your rights if you do not provide it. After all, our aim is to provide you with lighting with which you are completely satisfied.
