Design

The main feature of the Artemide Nur Mini Gloss Soffitto Halo is its high-gloss finish covering the entire outside surface of the lampshade. This lends the ceiling light a particularly elegant aura, turning it into a tasteful eye-catcher on the ceiling. In addition, the well-designed dome shape gives the Nur Mini Gloss Soffitto a precious appearance. The creation by Artemide founder Ernesto Gismondi is available in different discreet colours. The reflector is manufactured of high-quality painted aluminium and the diffuser, which covers the light opening at the bottom, is made of translucent polycarbonate.

Designer

Ernesto Gismondi designed the Nur Mini Gloss Soffitto Halo ceiling light in 2009 for the manufacturer Artemide.

The elegant appearance of this designer ceiling light is complemented by an impressive lighting effect. The Artemide Nur Mini Gloss Soffitto emits diffuse light downwards for an extensive room lighting, which is particularly soft thank to the polycarbonate diffuser. At the same time, a portion of light escapes through a hole at the top of the lampshade, which creates indirect additional room light. Please note that the scope of delivery does not include illuminants. light11 recommends equipping the Artemide Nur Mini Gloss Soffitto with halogen lamps, as they boast an excellent colour rendering and cosy warm-white light.
